Terms Of Service

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

highticketdropshipping.com and the ecomjako brand are operated by ecomjako ("ecomjako", "we", "us"). These terms apply to our website, our emails, our social media accounts, and every product or service we sell, including products delivered through Whop and any other platform we use.

By using the site, joining our email list, or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy and our Earnings Disclaimer. Ticking a box or clicking a button at checkout counts as your electronic signature.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. You agree to give accurate information when you sign up or buy.

3. Our products and lifetime access

We sell digital education products, such as courses, templates and checklists, and services such as a niche review. Each product page describes what's included.

"Lifetime access" means access for as long as we offer that product. We may update content, and updates to a product you own are included. Brand-new products are sold separately. If we move a product to a different platform, we'll move your access with it. If we ever stop offering a product, we'll give you reasonable notice and a way to download what you can.

Services are delivered as described on their page, within the stated timeframe, once you've given us what we need.

4. Payments

Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by our checkout provider (currently Whop), and you also agree to its terms. You're responsible for any taxes, currency conversion or bank fees that apply to you. We may change prices at any time; changes don't affect purchases already made.

If a payment fails or is reversed, we may pause or remove access until it's resolved. Please contact us before filing a chargeback; most issues are fixed quickly by email.

5. All sales are final

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are final and we don't offer refunds. If you can't access something you paid for and we can't fix it, we'll make it right. Where the law in your country gives you a right we can't exclude, that right still applies.

6. Intellectual property and your license

All content we create (videos, text, templates, checklists, images and branding) belongs to us. When you buy, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own business.

You may not:

  • share your login or give others access;
  • copy, record, download (except files we offer for download), resell, publish or distribute our material, in whole or in part;
  • use our material to create a competing course or product;
  • upload our material to AI tools to train models or recreate our content;
  • use our name, likeness or brand without written permission.

Templates may be used inside your own business, but not resold or given away.

7. Education only, not professional advice

Our products teach what we've done in our own business. Nothing we provide is legal, tax, accounting, financial or investment advice. Get professional advice for your situation, including on business registration, sales tax and supplier contracts.

8. No guarantee of results

Any sales figures we share are our own results. They are not typical, and they are not a promise of what you will earn. Most people who start a business make little or no money at first, and some never do. Your results depend on your effort, skills, decisions, niche, suppliers, market and spending. Sales are not profit. See our Earnings Disclaimer.

9. Assumption of risk

Starting a business involves risk, including losing money you spend on setup, tools and advertising. You decide what to implement and you accept those risks.

10. Your responsibilities

You're responsible for your own business, including following the laws and rules that apply to you: tax, consumer protection, advertising rules (such as Google's and Meta's policies), platform terms (such as Shopify's) and your agreements with suppliers.

11. Technology and access

You need a working internet connection and a current browser or device to use our products. We aim to keep them available, but can't promise uninterrupted access and aren't responsible for problems caused by third-party platforms or your own equipment.

12. Comments, testimonials and community

If you post comments, reviews or results, or send us feedback, you give us permission to use them (with your first name or initials) in our marketing, unless you tell us otherwise. Be respectful: we may remove content or access for spam, abuse or anything unlawful.

13. Third-party tools and links

We may mention or link to tools and services we don't own. Some links may be affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We're not responsible for third-party products, websites or terms.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product the claim relates to.

15. Indemnification

You agree to cover our reasonable losses and legal costs if a claim is made against us because of your breach of these terms, your misuse of our material, or your business activities.

16. Ending access

We may suspend or end your access, without refund, if you break these terms, for example by sharing logins, copying our content or filing a chargeback in bad faith. Where it's reasonable, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.

17. Resolving disputes

If something goes wrong, email us first and we'll try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days. If we can't, the dispute will be handled by the courts of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

18. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

19. Events outside our control

We're not responsible for delays or failures caused by events we can't reasonably control, such as outages, platform failures, natural disasters or government action.

20. International customers

Our products are in English and priced in US dollars. Our examples focus on selling in the United States. You're responsible for checking that our products and the business model suit the laws where you live.

21. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use the site or our products after a change means you accept it.

22. General

These terms, with the policies they mention, are the whole agreement between us. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a term right away, we haven't waived it. We may transfer this agreement as part of a sale or reorganization of our business; you may not transfer it without our written consent. You agree to receive notices from us electronically.
