This policy explains how ecomjako ("ecomjako", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit highticketdropshipping.com, join our email list, buy our products or contact us. By using the site, you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
You give us directly:
- your first name and email address when you request a free guide or join our emails, including through Facebook and Instagram lead forms;
- anything you send us when you contact us, submit a form (such as niche ideas for a review) or send feedback and testimonials;
- purchase details. Our checkout provider (Whop) collects your name, email, billing address and payment information. We don't see or store your full card number.
Collected automatically: pages you visit, links you click, the site that referred you, approximate location, device and browser type, IP address, and whether you open or click our emails. We collect this with cookies, pixels and similar tools.
2. How we use it
- To deliver what you asked for: free resources, products, services and course access.
- To send you emails about our content, products and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To process payments, prevent fraud and keep records for tax and accounting.
- To answer questions and give support.
- To understand how the site is used, and to improve it and our products.
- To measure our ads and show them to people who have visited the site or are likely to be interested.
- To use testimonials or feedback you've agreed to share.
3. Legal bases (UK and EU visitors)
Where UK or EU data protection law applies, we use your information because you consented (for example, to receive emails or to cookies), because we need it to fulfil a purchase (contract), to meet legal obligations, or for our legitimate interests in running and marketing our business, balanced against your rights. You can withdraw consent at any time.
4. Cookies, pixels and Do Not Track
We use cookies and similar technology, including the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics, to understand site use and to run and measure our ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, and control ad preferences in your Meta and Google account settings. Our site doesn't currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
5. Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, who may use it only to provide their service:
- Whop (checkout, payments and course access)
- ActiveCampaign (email)
- Zapier (connecting our tools)
- Meta and Google (advertising and analytics)
- Cloudflare (website hosting and security)
- Google Workspace (business email)
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.
6. Where it's stored and international transfers
ecomjako is run from Canada. Our service providers store and process information in the United States and other countries, where laws may differ from yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your information while you're on our list or a customer, and afterwards as long as needed for legal, tax, accounting and fraud-prevention reasons. Unsubscribing stops marketing emails right away.
8. Security
The site uses encryption (HTTPS), and we use reputable providers with their own security measures. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your information, we'll notify you as the law requires. Keep your course login private.
9. Your rights and choices
- Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any email.
- Access, correction, deletion, portability: depending on where you live (including the UK, EU, Canada and some US states such as California), you can ask to see, correct, delete or get a copy of your information, or object to or limit certain uses. Email us and we'll respond within the time the law requires. We won't treat you differently for using these rights.
- Complaints: you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
10. Email marketing
We only email people who signed up or bought from us. Every marketing email identifies us, includes our mailing address and has a working unsubscribe link, in line with Canada's anti-spam law (CASL) and the US CAN-SPAM Act.
11. Third-party websites
Our site and emails may link to other websites. We're not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Check their policies.
12. Children
Our site and products are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the current version. Significant changes will be posted here.
